Scope and Data Controller

- Account Data: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and the AMLA.
- KYC/Identity Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the conclusion of the business relationship, in accordance with AMLC requirements.
- Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the AMLA and PAGCOR reporting obligations.
- Gaming Activity Logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session for regulatory reporting, dispute resolution, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

Right to Data Portability
Receive a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, have it transferred directly to another data controller.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe phpvio has processed your Personal Data in violation of RA 10173, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
Children's Privacy
The phpvio Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR. phpvio does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. The Platform employs mandatory age verification during account registration to prevent access by minors.
If phpvio becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected Personal Data from a person under 21, it will promptly delete that data, close the associated account, and return any deposited funds in accordance with applicable procedures. If you believe a minor has gained access to the phpvio Platform, please contact our support team immediately.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
phpvio may transfer Personal Data to service providers or infrastructure systems located outside the Philippines in order to deliver the Platform's services (for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international game software studios). Where such transfers occur, phpvio ensures that the receiving country or organisation provides an adequate level of protection for Personal Data consistent with the standards of RA 10173.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
phpvio reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, phpvio will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and will post a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the phpvio Platform following the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated terms.
